Return Information
Tango Arms wants your shopping experience to be a great one. As such, we are happy to offer refunds on items that have arrived in error, damaged or not to your satisfaction within 30 days. We also offer exchanges and store credits. Before submitting a return claim with Tango Arms, please take a moment to read through our return policy terms and conditions.
- In order to ensure quick turn-around for your return we ask you obtain a Return Material Authorization number (RMA) from us prior to return.
- Customers seeking a full refund on their returned item must ship the item back to Tango Arms within 30 days of the item’s delivery date.
- Items returned with an RMA should either be defective or in an unused condition. In either case packaging materials must be present. Items will be considered used if:
- A trigger has been installed or a magwell has been attached to a pistol
- Any physical blemishes or damage has occurred such as scratching or scuffing the product
